Hiring Hospitality Assistant Manager Location: Hatta, Dubai (near Oman border) Roles & Responsibilities: • Handle the day-to-day operations by coordinating with all the departments. • Maintain excellent customer relations with the guests. • Ensure that customer satisfaction is always a priority for the staff. • Determine the quality of the services provided by the hotel and ensure that the standard is maintained. • Determine the quantity and quality of supplies delivered to the hotel for daily operations. • Evaluate the staff along with the Hotel Manager on the basis of performance and participation. • Handle customer complaints patiently and professionally and resolve them on time. • Maintain excellent customer relations with the guests. • Ensure that customer satisfaction is always a priority for the staff. • Review and prepare reports for senior management. • Improve guest satisfaction by providing extraordinary customer services. Requirements and skills: • Strong experience as a Hospitality Assistant Manager. • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or relevant field. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional hands-on experience in food and beverage services. • Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
