Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing a Team of staff including programmers, analysts and support specialists.
• Evaluating the functionality of systems.
• Consulting computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or business requirements.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems policies and procedures.
• Selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software.
• Handle annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Ensuring software licensing laws.
• Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures.
• Scheduling upgrades.
• Providing user training, support, advice and feedback.
• Testing and modifying systems to ensure that that they operate reliably.
• Managing secure network access for remote users.
• Keeping up to date with new technology.
• Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation.
Key skills:
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in Datacenter management and data governance.
• Hands-on experience on computer networks, network administration and network installation.
• Hands-on experience on SAP based application; like installation, upgradation and troubleshooting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• IT Systems, Network / Security and Infrastructure includes routers, switches (core, distribution and edge), firewalls (PIX / ASA and Watch guard) Intrusion detection and Prevention systems, wireless access points. Configurations include creating VPN connection for mobile client, Switch port configurations, Router and firewall configurations. Cisco Routers and Switches, Video conference systems,
Mobile connectivity, email access, and web services for laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
• All User Policies, Roles and Rights Permissions Administration.
Platforms: MS Windows: 98/00/NT/XP/Vista/7/8/10; Server 00/03/08/2012/2016/2019, ISA/Proxy Server, UNIX Sun Solaris Administrator.
