• Manages the legalization processes of the staff for on boarding and for cancellation, e.g. visa acquisition, visa renewal and cancellation, Emirates ID, and medical examinations of staff and their legal dependents.
• Assist with F&B related mandatory vaccination requirements and restaurant specific licences.
• Liaise with the government authorities to establish the company’s legal entities, e.g. application/renewal of trade license, application/renewal of membership to the Chamber of Commerce, application/renewal of certificate from Municipality/Fire Department.
• Mediates with the Police Department and Ministry of Labour on apprehended and or absconded colleagues and facilitates the documentation processes for deportation.
