• Repeated success in updating drawings to ensure compliance with scope of works, engaging in progress review meetings, visiting site to monitor construction activities, and drafting construction progress reports.
• Expert in architectural designing, MEP coordination and working drawings. Possess excellent interpersonal communication, analytical problem solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
• Broad-based design experience covering office/commercial buildings, airports, hospitals, educational facilities, and residential villas. Passed Architects and Master Plumber Licensure examination.
• Multilingual communicator, proficient in English, Tagalog, and Bicol language. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Internet, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. Background in facility management and maintenance.
