• Payroll, Leave Settlements and Final Settlements.
• Reviewing Salaries as per approved salary scale.
• Developing a performance management system & policy to be implemented in the next academic year.
• Developing New system for measuring qualifications and skills, appraisal system to be applied for the salary increase.
• All Issues, Formalities related to the government ( Labor Office, Immigration department, Municipality… etc)
• Updating the man power plan
• Reviewing the policy and procedures to comply with the new law and regulations.
• Supervision of the recruitment officers to measure the quality of the hire candidates as well as the recruitment agents.
• Reviewing the new contracts, offering letters for the new hires.
• Coordination between HR Officers in the Academies.
• As well as the usual work of human resources.
