1- 16 Years of Experience in Construction Field in a Large-Scale Projects (Buildings, Infrastructures).
2- Technical office duties. Shop drawings, Prepare Reports, Design Criteria &Technical Research.
3- Experience in Cost Estimation, Monitoring Costs, Building and infrastructural Materials
4- Monitor the Budgets of the Projects, & Provide Support in Reconciliation of impacts of Proposed Changes of Cost.
5- Good Knowledge of Construction Methods and Procedures, Codes & Standards.
6- Follow up and managing construction execution.
7- Frequent Communication with Client and Projects Managers
