Always passionate about physical activity in general, I practice crossfit, and Judge in powerlifting IPF,I have experience in refereeing for the sport of powerlifting. I have covered all pregnancy games in strength affiliated with the University of Bodybuilding and Fitness in Tunisia. I also have sufficient experience in training players in this sport. I am also the first female referee in Tunisia in powerlifting. as well as fitness which is part of my daily life. With a university degree in physical trainer and more than eight years of professional experience as a sports coach, personal and group development, sports improvement, fitness assessments hold no secrets for me. I learned a lot by doing, which allowed me to develop targeted skills. Fitness and improving the health of clients is my main field. I have been working as a personal sports trainer with individuals as well as experienced athletes. I independently develop programs specifically targeting the needs of my clients.
