Responsible for company vehicles’ administrative functions such as new registration, passing, renewal, disposal, transfers.




Settlements (Annual Leave, Resignation, Termination, Leave provision, End of service benefits).

Quick & efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as
Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company, and adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.

Creation a new branches for company (from selecting location till getting the trade license).

Clearing and following up the shipments from abroad.

Collecting documents for VAT Return to hand over to Accounting department.

Managing overall office administration & HR work, contributing to organizational success by managing, reviewing and understanding organization’s mission, strategic objectives and policies;

Develop and maintain a filing system.

Prepare and maintain personnel file, arrange, collate, submit all pertinent documents of new hires for employment visa process and update of the record.

Sourcing suitable candidates for available positions & identifying suitable recruitment channels.

Drafting letters/ memos in English and Arabic.

Prepare staff NOC letters pertaining to bank and other related letters including employment certificate as per Company policy

Mobilization of selected applicant.

Salary certificates, Experience certificates, Employment contracts, Salary advance requests, PRO expense reports, New Arrival advances.

Prepare employment offers for the selected candidates.

Arrange staff exit interview and prepares resignation acceptance letter, issuance of termination letter and warning letter.

Vacation arrangements with approval & leave settlements, gratuity and maintaining work reports.

Prepare internal advertisement as may require and communicate the result.

Leased accommodations renewals.



Arrange flights, hotel bookings, communicate the mobilization, joining and all related requirements of new employee.

Assist the accounts department for making the salaries of employees.

Make the coordination with various departments.
