Architectural design (buildings, villas, towers, beach houses, warehouses, factories, mosques, shops etc.)

• Preparation of drawings (Submission drawings, tender drawings and working drawings)
• Conducting meetings with clients and consultants / Coordination with clients and consultants personally
• Visiting and coordinating at the site as and when required to ensure the work progress with time schedule photo-realistic 3D renders.

• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
• High levels of creativity and imagination.
• Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Attend inspections via Work Inspection Requests and provide accurate inspection comments.
• Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time and to budget
• Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
• Understand the translation of Design to installation on site and assist the contractor where problems occur.
• Playing a part in project and team management.
• Specify the nature and quality of materials required
