Ability to lead and train employees. Excellent ability to communicate. experience in most plastic forming and plastic processing Injection Molding ,Extrusion molding,blow molding.
Excessive knowledge of raw material (pp, pvc, pet, pe, eva, ps).
The ability to develop production lines and communicate with the machinery manufacturers also to develop plans and feasibility studies for projects.
