• Manage a small team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations
• Report directly to the Procurement Director, working closely to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals
• Extract data and information from technical drawings and 3D models, such as Inventor and Revit, to accurately assess material requirements and specifications
• Source and negotiate with suppliers, leveraging your extensive network of contacts to secure the best quality materials at the most competitive prices
• Ensure all procurement activities are conducted with the highest level of transparency, professionalism, and integrity
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining the trust of both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure procurement needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and addressing any issues as they arise
