§ Mentor and coach trainers to improve their skills and abilities
Training Design
§ Develop and implement operational, procedural & HSE training programs that are tailored to meet the needs of the organization and its employees. The Lead trainer must also ensure the training programs are effective and engaging
§ Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations and online training resources
§ Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the training programs are relevant and effective
Conducting Training Session
§ Conduct training sessions to educate employee on policies, procedures and other relevant topics
Training Evaluation and Efficiency
§ Perform pre and post training assessments to determine the effectiveness of training
§ Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training and monitor employee performance to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions/changes to ensure a high level of quality and competency.
Leading a team of trainers
§ Lead a team of trainers and coordinate their activities to ensure the training programs are executed effectively
