Making outbound calls to potential customers, convincing them, gathering requirement and coordinate with Internal team to get the treatment plan and share with customer.
Liaison with Medical concierge team to arrange for patient appointment at the Hospital and make Patient travel arrangements where necessary.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Contact healthcare providers in different countries for Empanelment
