• Conceptualize and produce clean, fresh, tactical designs for RAK Properties
• Create, update, and maintain digital marketing graphics and materials including but not limited to website and social media banners and ads, display ads, email builds and template designs, sizing and versioning across all created assets.
• Review and refine website and broadband channel UI and experience initiatives from a creative, graphic and brand-sensitive point of view.
• Effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with members of the creative, editorial, marketing and maintain RAK Properties print, digital marketing platform / Website( front end and back end), designing of landing pages , mobile applications.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, document design phases for projects and effectively meet deadlines
• Create and manage visual elements throughout the branding cycle including brand, promotional, and product images, maintain organized cataloging and storage of all visual elements/images
• Create collateral for outdoor signage
• Supervise outdoor installations (flag polls, hoardings etc)
• Service internal corporate departments (customer service, developments & HR)
• Rework and adapt agency guidelines into new collateral
• Coordinate with awarded service providers / media buying agencies for timely submissions
• Documentation and archiving
• Regularly inspect outdoor hoardings and check print releases
• Produce mockups for proposals
