Performs to arrange Storage locations as per the Company IMS instructions, HSE Conditions and Customer / Client requirements.
Creates the Locations in APICS system as per Company’s ERP location format.
Ensure that Stock items are located on Shelves /Yard in organised, system layout and maintained as per the Company’s, Manufacturers.
recommendations and updated with all location numbers accordingly.
Ensure the Storage and Handling of materials at inside Warehouse / Open yards should be complied with HSE rules and Regulations for safe condition access with 0% accidents.
Obtains the notification for the arrival of deliveries.
Check the receipt of all materials are according to the PO requirements Including relevant Test / Batch certificates .
Ensure the receipt of Hazardous materials are delivered with MSDS /TDS unless the existing certificates are available with item code of ERP system. If not confine the item until received .
Ensure that QA/QC personnel ( whenever necessary) approves, and Section Head accepts and signs the delivery notes /Invoice, prior to stamping and accepting the items purchased from market.
Prepares RV for the receipt of items purchased by Cash on daily basis.
Prepares RV with MRR for the receipt of Permanent / Hazardous items and attach the required Test /Batch Certificates for the further acceptance of Q.A.Q.C and Customer/ Clients.
RV process for all PO types should be completed according to Company requirements.
Performs to check the PO’s in advance regarding the documents missing and inform related departments to retrieve whatever is required for the smooth completion of reception.
Obtain the signature from requestor on the Delivery Notes / Invoices prior to the direct issue of materials purchased from market.
Ensure the status of DB, whether it is approved or not prior to issue of materials from store inventory.
Ensure the COSHH sheet , which is provided by HSE is enclosed with DB prior to issuing of all hazardous Materials.
