Sales Supervisor - HoReCa

• Achievement of sales, distribution and collection targets
• BDA Visibility contracts negotiation and finalization
• Periodic reviews and negotiation with buying team of key accounts as applicable
• Planning sales & business development activities and increasing efficiency with the current infrastructure
• Identify and action on repeat patterns of business losses and enhance ROI and productivity
• Regular sales team meetings to ensure monthly objectives are met
• RTM plans as applicable and planning and finalizing secondary activities with brand partners and/ or marketing team
• Monitor sales team for adherence to route coverage, target achievement
• Market information feedback – own / competitor activities
• On the job training to Key account executives- people development objectives
• Follow up and ensure collection of receivables in agreed timelines
• Ensure the key account executives are regular in updating of customer database to ensure healthy service standards
• New account opening/ new branch opening, credit limit revision recommendations to CCD
• Ageing/ near expiry stocks – propose and implement effective stock rotation to minimize liquidation losses
• Implement and provide feedback on all tactical activities undertaken in the outlets
• Consistent monitoring and feedback on the financial discipline/ risk of the assigned customers
