Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager, you are responsible for achieving the maximum amount of your monthly sales target within the SMB Hunting Subdivision by effectively promoting products and services offered by Etisalat and assisting new and existing clients in choosing the best Etisalat product/service to fit their exact needs and solve their problems.
This role profile requires the Relationship Manager to be proactive, have the ability to work under pressure, handle rejections, and handle difficult clients along with achieving targets on a monthly basis.

Your Duties and Responsibilities are to:
• Secure new business opportunities through networking and contact new potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with clients by recommending solutions, providing support, information, and guidance.
• Close sales and must meet/exceed monthly sales target in accordance with the development plan.
• Identify advantages and demonstrate the ability to differentiate the organization’s products and services.
• Promote and sell suitable Etisalat products and services to existing and potential clients through a relationship-based approach; according to their needs.
• Act at the company’s Ambassador and must maintain excellent conduct at all times.
• Expedite the reconciliation of client problems and complaints by transferring them to the Client Care Department.
• Work smarter on planning and executing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the assigned subdivision.
• Fill and submit application forms and sales report updates on daily basis.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
• Act as the key interface between the client and all the relevant divisions in the company.
• Deal with clients at all levels of an organization in a confident manner and have the ability to grasp new opportunities as they are presented.
Follow up, support and take on any potential new business clients as directed by the Team Leader.
• Adhere to the company rules and regulations (i.e. written or implied), quality procedure,
and any changes or introductions which may vary from time to time as deemed appropriate by the management.
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings, presentations and training courses.
• Maintain company values and keep company’s information strictly confidential at all times.
• Maintain excellent and up-to-date product knowledge, along with the competitive market conditions; Etisalat promotional offers; and technical services.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in trade shows and conventions; being involved in professional organizations; and attending educational workshops. Also maintain knowledge through self – directed learning, by reviewing professional publications and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices for improving knowledge and skills.
