● Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. within SQL, AWS Aurora
● Partner with other stakeholder teams (Sales/Marketing/Tech/Operations, etc.) to solve problems, improve performance, develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner, communicate effectively and efficiently
● Define the data elements and data structure that our team should leverage to enable analytical and reporting capabilities for our business development team
● Design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics
● Preparing and delivering business reports to the senior management team
● Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into insightful reports
● Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, business analytics, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers
● Passion for data analysis, machine learning and data visualization
● Good analytical skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail
● Strong communication skills
