Promoter Management:
Minimum 10 Plus Years experience in Merchandising Digital retail brands.
To monitor the retailer/s sell-out & market share of Brands, where the promoters are placed.
To manage promoters, VMD team & Team Supervisors.
To make sure the ROI of promoters is maintained - TV / Camera & Personal Audio category.
Weekly review of promoter sales.
Promoter Tool app management.
Monthly Category targets/incentives follow up with the principal.
Monthly / Quarterly Incentive calculation - Promoters / VMD & TS.
Monthly report making pertaining to promoter placement, TGT Vs. Achievement.
