HPC Engineer responsible to design, implement and support HPC services including Compute, Network, Storage on AWS.
Develop and implement innovative and complex solutions, ensuring that upgrades and changes comply with established guidelines and processes.
Monitor and report on cluster performance, install and configure complex bioinformatics applications, and assist with the resolution of the most difficult system problems.
Help further develop and execute high performance computing solutions using cluster/grid technologies. They will be a leading expert on high performance computing and mentor colleagues.
Apply in-depth HPC and Linux expertise to collaborate with stakeholders across IT and domain disciplines to expand HPC use in support of world class, cutting-edge scientific research.Collaborate with researchers understanding their scientific pipelines, implementing efficient, technical solutions.
