The incumbent should be able to take care of all database administration and release of
applications and software.
Key Technical Requirements
Act as Database Administrator and Release Engineer roles
Help with database design and development
Troubleshooting, SQL monitoring and Performance tuning
Design maintenance procedures and putting them into operation
Ensure that databases meet user requirements
Manage database security/integrity and backup procedures
Implement security measures
Ensure to compile and assemble software through source code and store tools in
source control.
Correct build errors working with development engineers
Manage the development of deliverables into production environments
Develop and present general releases, service packs, web products and beta
products
