The HRIS analyst occupies the unique position of being the IT and data expert in the HR field. The role is more of a system admin, ensuring access, data integrity, and data security.
The HRIS analyst is in charge of supporting the maintenance of the HRIS system, implementingimprovements, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HRIS.
Support the HR Digital Transformation Lead with managing the HR software implementation project.
Assist in ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms.
Assist in maintaining and improving the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency.
Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS.
Being able to use various means to collect data and report data to other departments within the company.
