chieve set individual sales target, revenue and profitability growth through developing both existing and new customer base, offering value based logistical solutions in tandem with overall corporate directions and strategies.
Have a thorough understanding of customer’s business needs, their shipment pattern, cargo particulars, frequency of shipment, volumes, trade lanes, etc.
Responsible for rate quotations and rate negotiations, RFQs bidding, ensuring preparations are done as per schedule.
Coordinate with client during the bridging period before signing of the contract to initiate the relationship. Brief the internal team before the process of operationalization begins.
Submit daily sales report to Sales Manager, detailing customer visited, nature and scope of business, potential/volumes, mode of shipment and related.
Responsible for total sales cycle, particularly, collection on time and without bad debts.
Attend weekly sales meetings to brief on progress on business, share market information and trade analysis.
