Liaise with shippers, air carriers and other service providers for the operational handling of export shipments in compliance with export regulations and in line with agreed standard operating procedure.
Arrange collection of required documents from customer i.e. invoice, packing lists, etc., check import code validity and proceed with shipment. Assist on renewal of import codes on behalf of customer whenever called upon.
Send operational instructions to IML for all IML loading and placement shipments, coordinate with drivers for arranging timely transfer of cargo from shipper’s premises to Cargo Village, FG5, Sharjah airport facility, etc.
