Co-ordinate Manpower and resources and update work progress to project SRM, Superintendent, other trades and within own Department.
Liaise with Invoicer’s / estimators to ensure that work carried out are within commercial targets.
Receive and cast off vessels from Docks erths as well, Heavy lift Operation
Train supervise the induction process of new comers.
Supervise monitor testing commissioning activities including bollard pulls.
Supervise preparations of flooding & dewatering operation; blocking unblocking vessels in docks.
Maintenance upkeep of marine assets such as Yokohama fenders, fixed fenders.
Ensure the safety of mooring & their effectiveness. Rounds to be taken on quays yard.
Approve conformity of staff, its personal or on-duty gate passes and permits
Provide employees’ performance appraisals updates for training requirements
