Development of Baseline schedules for Proposal & Ongoing Projects
Assigning the weightages and preparing the PMS.
Preparing Resource Mobilization plans for Resource Loading & Cost Loading in Primavera.
Monitoring updating of schedules such that reflect actual project status.
Following up with Engineering Team to ensure Timely submission of Engineering Deliverables.
Ensuring that the Planned Dates must be maintained for Procurement Activities with Vendors/Suppliers.
Monitor the site progress & Develop weekly and monthly progress reports for Client Submission.
Invoice Preparation with Backup quantities.
Provide regular forecasting of project schedule including key milestones
Plan and anticipate project demands in terms of labor, materials, and equipment and technical challenges.
