Work Closely with the management to achieve Business Goals and objectives
Assist General Manager in the day to day operations
Hands on outlets setup in terms of pre-opening tasks
Assist General Manager with the training development
Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
Assist in recruiting and training
Ensure the outlets runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations
Familiar with suppliers in UAE market and overseas
Plan and implement environmentally sustainable work practices
Provide advice and guidance on issues relating to training as required
Check on outlets in a regular bases to make sure they are perfectly operating
Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
