We are searching for an innovative, deadline-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our company. He should be able to be in line with below criteria.
Technical Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support for the network, Hardware, Software, Operating System, and application issues
Able to learn New Solutions & technologies, implement it at client site provide support for the same
Determining the client/ company needs and coordinating the evelopment and maintenance with IT team
Windows OS/ Server formatting, rebuilding, reimaging via Acronis/ Hirens boot/ Other software
SQL Server installation configuration
Sound knowledge in manageable Routers, Switches & Access points
Good knowledge in iOS backup/restore
