Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and underwriting loans for Self Employed, Company and Salaried Customer within UAE Central Bank guidelines.
Dependent on division and complexity of underwriting, functions includes:
Understanding the entire audited financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow statements and it’s inter relations. Understand the various notes on the audited Financials.
Preparing the financial spreads and calculate various rations like DSCR, Debt to equity, Current ratio, liquid ratio, debtor days, creditor days, etc.,
Examining transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness;
Preparing formal reports for escalation to GRC / CBU / CLC / Compliance;
Ensuring that documents are consistent and uphold to company and Central Bank guidelines;
Implementing fraud detection techniques, performing compliance reviews;
