Effectively conduct daily Quality Control testing in compliance with regulatory and customers' required standards
Review all QC test procedures
Review & maintain lab testing equipment's operational procedures
Examine the physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory parameters of Fats and Oils in different stages of handling and processing
Prepare different chemical reagents and solutions necessary for lab testing
Inform and discuss with QC manager in case of any fluctuation in the quality of oils
Control the concentration of different food additives in finished products
Coordinate with process supervisors to maintain the in-process quality of oils
