Assist users in day to day activities, data reconciliation, functional training and problem resolution to minimize the impact of application related service outage
Quality and Business Improvement
Proactively analyze the current information technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and opportunities and recommend solutions for improvement.
Keep abreast of major application, technologies as well as a working knowledge of major operating systems scripting/shell languages and continually update on development tools, technology platforms and agile delivery methods
