Should be experienced in preparing sample's for Dairy based
products i.e UHT Milk,Yoghurt and Fruit based products i.e
Juice,Nectar
Should have good lab practice
Sensory arrangement
Responsible for raw material sample
Prepare submit reports
Ensure that all quality control testing,calibrations
laboratory procedures are performed
Conducting production lab trial of new products under
supervision of department
Calibration & maintenance of the equipment in the
laboratory
Perform chemical & microbiological analysis,evaluate
record all the results
Cleaning laboratory areas & equipment's
Test the shelf life of the products
Providing production staff with the required mixtures of flavors
Experience: 3 - 5 years
