• Accountable for the efficient daily operation of the branch including sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the organization’s objectives.
• Lead customer service/ cashier team, provide leadership, training and supervision and adequately managing resource utilization and monitoring the performance and productivity of the branch.
• Monitor the day-to-day operation of the Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
• Monitor the performance of the staff members through periodic reviews and provide them with factual feedback to ensure that targets are met or exceeded to foster a high-performance culture.
• Monitor the knowledge and competency of the branch staff to ensure there is awareness and vigilance with regard to Anti-Money Laundering at all times.
• Coordinate for all communication between Head Office and branch staff.
• Market and publicize new and existing products and services introduced by the banks and money products.
• Responsible for the money and/or any other valuables entrusted to them by the company and will be liable for any shortages that may occur.
• Ensure that the company Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Balancing the cash at the end of the day and preparing the necessary reports.
• Perform other duties as per the requirement or instructions from the management.
