• Analysis of Business Sales performance on a determined scope of entities:
o Monthly controlling of margins by consultant/ client/ project
o Comparison Actual vs Budget/Forecast
• Analysis of Operating Expenses: Actual vs Budget/Forecast
• Preparation of annual Budget and quarterly Forecast
• Preparation of other analysis as requested by management
• Participation in the monthly closing and quarterly intercompany reconciliation
• Internal control: verification of the correct application of Purchase Order ISO process by all staff involved
• Other tasks:
o Verification and approval of Local Purchase Orders
o Providing information to Statutory Auditors as and when required.
