Lead the team in the work scope carried out by Project Planners for the Confirmed Projects, Bidding Projects, document controllers for the Projects and Central Resource Planners for the Yard Manpower Resource Planning and fabrication space Planning.
Liaise with project managers / commercial / trade managers for the project planning, bidding projects and central planning requirements.
Develop earned man-hours analysis.
Develop yard central planning cell, taking into account the future and current needs of project Management.
Provide on the job training to the subordinates and succession plan within the department
Experience: 15 - 20 years
