Job Summary :
To take care of the service administration activities, including warranty management , Service KPI management, spare parts management and budget control.
Description:
1.Managing warranty claims across the region
2.Managing spare parts operations & regional parts center
3.Monthly service KPI reports
4.Coordination with service partner & vendor profiles.
5.Managing internal & external communication
6. Monthly CS reports & Analysis
7. Monitoring CS promotional activities
Experience: 5 - 8 years
