A leading FMCG group in UAE is hiring Sales supervisor with experience in Fresh Produce, F&V
a. Sales supervision and revenue target achievement.
b. Managing Sales Team & drive sales to meet monthly targets.
c. Set daily, weekly and monthly targets to bring focus into the sales cycle.
d. To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting more outlets, existing customer base and prospective customers.
e. Maximise sales by helping the team to make maximum productive sales calls in a day.
f. Ensure payment collection as per the credit terms, and clear all issues related with collection.
g. Maintain and manage route plans for the sales team and supervise that they follow the route plan on daily basis.
h. Responsible for sales returns.
i. Liaise on a daily basis with Sales Manager and update them on any developments in the product range, ensuring a high level of team relationships exist.
j. Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the superiors.
k. Quarterly appraisal of the team and organize one to one sessions to evaluate the individual. Assist in solving work-related issues.
l. Timely submission of salesman incentive working and other spends
m. Reporting competitor’s activities in and around the market
Experience: 4 - 5 years
