Registered Nurse - DOH/ DHA/ HAAD license is a must
• Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Providing physical and psychological support to patients.
• Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Administering Medication.
• Collaborate with physicians to create a Plan of Care for each patient.
• Counsel patients and family members before, during and after treatment.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Experience: 2 - 8 years
