• Work with Corporate Quality Team and Site Quality
Manager to ensure compliance to QMS requirements
inclusive of HACCP, GMP, GLP ,AIB ,Halal & Local regulatory
requirements
• Quality procedure development in consultation with other
department managers/Supervisors -Quality Link
identification procedure development.
• Help develop a quality culture within the manufacturing
division to increase employee awareness and their
contribution to achieve quality objectives.
• Maintain proper documentation of the Q-sys (Documents /
Audits/ CAPA / Administration activities and
troubleshooting)
• Follow up on completion and implementation of CA for the
audit points identied during HACCP review.
• Ensure proper Implementation of HACCP system across the
operation.
• Continuously improve PRP program by referring to recognized
standards/guideline.
• Co-ordinate with and advice quality improvement project
groups as and when required.
• Supervise the activities of quality systems implementation
within other departments through interaction with
concerned PIC’s.
• Adapt to the regulatory changes related to food safety and
Experience: 5 - 8 years
Education: Bachelor of Science(Dairy, Food Technology).
