Handle the customer balance sheet – maintain day-to-day knowledge on Accounts Receivable and Trade Spend in your respective markets and continuously update the Trade Investment Manager and partners on necessary actions required.
Accrual management – ensure that all approved discounts and trade activities are accurately recorded in the accounting records.
Invoice management - validate & reconcile customer invoices and disputes (claims) with related supporting documentation.
Accounts Receivable – reconcile and follow up on customer statements of accounts, including outstanding collections from customers.
