Human Resources Assistant

· Initiate and process employee requisitions, visas, onboarding assistance that include mandatory insurance request, email ID and login assistance in coordination with IT, Bank Account opening, retention and exit process/Employee life cycle management.

· Recruitment assistance that includes, advertisements, sourcing through portals, liaising with Agents, internal and external stakeholders that includes air-ticket management, etc.

· Maintain confidential documents, employee files and databases.

· Coordinate employee relation functions, monitor employee performance appraisal completions, etc that comes under employee life cycle in consultation with the Manager - Human Resources.

· Coordinate and conduct departmental/mandatory training and conduct the Human Resources Orientation for new hires/existing employees and record maintenance.

· Coordinate with Site team (external) and other team members,/Accounts (internal) in preparation of monthly Payroll/EOSB.

· Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office and maintain all reports.

· Coordination with Camp Boss on camp updates. Maintain inventory/database of all accommodation, assets, Trade licenses, tenancy, fleet, drivers, etc.

· Coordination with Site Time Keepers/DC’s on daily attendance report/external manpower, etc.

· Verify family visa expenses claim based on grades.

· Coordinate with Insurance broker on employee insurance (addition on new joining/deletion on exit with debit/credit note reconciliation in order and individual claims of employees and the management/dependents).

· Issuing all employee documents such as salary transfer letters, salary certificates, service certificates, NOC’s, etc, with the concurrence of superior.

· Monitor the work of PRO, coordinate documentation of new applicants/existing employee renewals, etc and update database of visas and legal matters.

· Mandatory Audit document preparations and compilations until close out.

· Work closely with superior & Manager-Operations on all day to day functions

· Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair and recommend proper disciplinary/corrective actions.
