Co-ordinates with other departments in managing the quality department of the hospital.
Assisting the departments in identifying quality indicators.
Quality accreditation programmes, responsible for the implementation and monitoring of various requirements of chapters in accreditation standards along with the other team members.
Guiding departments towards method of data collection, collation and analysis of data and improvements.
Monitors continuous quality improvement initiatives in various departments of the hospital in association with link staff / Quality Coordinators and HoDs.
Assisting the departments to analyze areas of improvements based on their own recommendations through risk assessments and improve taking up performance improvement projects.
Involved in preparation of organization policies & procedures compliant with local regulatory and accreditation body standards.
Implement improvements in collaboration with the Quality team, departmental heads and Administration.
Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of various requirements of chapters in accreditation standards along with the other team members.
Conduct departmental audits or rounds to check compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Conduct open and closed medical record audits to check compliance with hospital policies and procedures
