· Carry out the work/supervise the work at site as per the instructions of the Lead Supervisor/ Engineer/Sr. Engineer, and as per the approved shop drawings and approved method statements.
· Check workers daily output and report deficiencies to the Lead Supervisor/ Engineer/Sr. Engineer
· Responsible for worker’s overtime and incentive, and if there is any delay in their arrival or they are departing early, report to the Lead Supervisor/ Engineer/Sr. Engineer.
· Check the Quality of work at site as per the approved shop drawings and approved method statements.
· Observe safety norms at site and report/stop any unsafe work practice.
· Be available at site (at work place) at all times when the work is in progress.
· Monitor deployment of labour including subcontractor’s workers for various activities in your area of work at site. Any additional labour requirement for completion of job on time should be immediately reported to Lead Supervisor/ Engineer/Sr. Engineer.
· Prepare and submit weekly Foreman report without fail to the Project Planning Department.
· Prepare workers daily attendance/time sheet and submit to the Engineers for forwarding it to the Department Manager as per payroll schedule.
· Monitor the site attendance and report to Superiors of any absenteeism.
· Coordinate with all other MEP foreman/supervisor and Main contractor’s supervisor for the smooth functioning of the work assigned.
· Make sure non repetition of work and once completed, inform the concerned engineer for obtaining consultant approval.
· Conduct on-job training need analysis at site and submit the Monthly Training list to Lead Supervisor.
· Any other responsibilities which are assigned from time to time by the Managers/ Engineers.
