· Responsible for preparing, molding, and baking Chapati's following standardized recipes
· Ensure that all food is baked, handled and stored in accordance with food hygiene standards
· Ability to stay focused and work under pressure to meet production demands
· Inform supervisor of any kitchen problems
· Maintain a team environment at all times.
· Communicate effectively
· Minimize waste during production
· Maintains personal cleanliness and awareness of health safety issues
· Complies with the TOH health, safety ,Food safety hygiene policy.
· Cooperate and comply with TOH in regards to OSH instructions and safe working procedures
· Take reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves, environment and others at work.
· Attend OSH training as required by the training needs analysis
· Report near miss/hazard/incidents
Ensure compliance with the Food Safety and Quality Management Systems requirements
