HR Assistant

1) To assist in Group recruitment, collate walk-in Candidates CV, Sorting and maintaining a pool of candidates database.

2) To file all the management, employee referred & interviewed candidate documents in relevant folders in soft & hard copies.

3) To manage and update the Candidate personnel files systematically in their respective division folders.

4) To keep track record of all incoming approved manpower request, scan and retain soft & Hard copies.

5) Prepare profile approvals, MOHRE Offer Letter request & Visa request – hard Copies & submit to Visa team on time.

6) Do continual follow up with HRM & obtain MOHRE Offer Letters & Visas.

7) Once MOHRE Offer Letter / visa is obtained, based on the channel of recruitment, visa will be forwarded to the concerned person.

8) File employees documents in ECF and forward it to the concern Divisional HR.

9) To keep track record of every movement of documents received in HRD, profile approvals, MOHRE Offer request, Visa Request, Received MOL and Received Visa per day.

10) Forward & obtain management approval for Pre & Post recruitment documents. Keep track of the documents & follow the Recruitment SOP.

11) Update Grade & Designation in Focal for New Joinee.

12) Prepare HRD invoice every month.

13) Assist in additional task given subject to day to day operations and requirement in department.
