Job Brief:
Shuraa is currently hiring for a dynamic Sales Engineer for its vertical Voltron Electromechanical Works LLC. The objective of the role is to support existing business to venture and succeed into Power Systems and Industrial Automation sector by introducing new clients and orders. The ideal candidate should have experience in service sales of power systems equipment including Low, Medium & High Voltage System and Industrial Automation. The candidate must entail a database of potential clientele from the above sector.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining services to existing and prospective customers.
Providing input to execution and projects team to meet the project deadline.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice, and demonstrating how to use new services.
Arranging demos, and executing trials and proofs of concept (PoC), helping customers with support cases, responding to requests for proposals (RFP)
Convert leads generated through an array of marketing platforms into realized business
Manage and develop growth of key products.
Visiting sites & liaising regularly with end users/ clients, project site personnel, consultants, main contractors/ MEP contractors, government departments to generate inquiries, provide solutions & close the sales and achieve sales target.
Ensure that the services provided is of the highest quality and in line with company services standards.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Compile and present detailed presales and post sales report monthly for Senior Management perusal.

Job Requirements

Should have 5-7 years of work experience as a Sales Engineer with power systems and industrial automation
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering specializing in Electrical & Electronics
Must possess a valid UAE Driving license.
Experience with bids and tenders, presentations, and proposals
Sound knowledge of MV, LV Switchgear, Power and Distribution transformers, Drives, PLC & Controllers from different manufacturers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP Software
Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational and multitasking skills
