To verify conformity documents of the files allocated to him/her, as per the applicable standards, related VoC procedures and country regulations.
Checking of inspection reports for the files allocated to him/her, mainly for VoC Technical aspects & report inspector's performance with regards to quality and accuracy.
Acquisition and maintenance of a good knowledge of the VoC market.
Contribute to the overall technical development of VoC. Coordination between the Inspection Activities and Technical/ Commercial activities.
Coordination between LOs/PICs and Dubai Regional Centre for voe activities, as applicable.
Guide clients on VoC Technical concerns, when required.
Share good practices/execute good co-ordination (as applicable) between BV technical services and the customers.
Continuous acquisition and maintenance of technical knowledge of the VOC procedures, requirements and standards.
To consult BV's internal knowledge management tool for update of VOC procedures/relevant information.
Proposal of improvements to N+1 in daily tasks.
Reporting of discrepancies and difficulties met in reaching quality goals / time schedules to N+1.
