· Managing the day-to-day operational delivery of the managed IT services provided by both internal and external service providers and to maintain the IT “run” capability of the global practice
· Ensuring that the firm provides 24/7 continued operational services, standardized globally with measured and appropriate key performance indicators and appropriate service levels with internal and external suppliers.
· Providing resource into and support “grow” and “transformational” activities of the l firm, whilst sustaining quality of service to these defined levels and bringing the current disparate regional support and delivery model into a delivery function.
· IT strategic service delivery planning and transformational activities, bringing a current knowledge and future vision of (e.g., ITIL, ISO20K, and ISO27K) as related to the needs of the business.
· Building the subject matter expertise within the function and provide resources into approved projects whilst maintaining operational coverage and efficiency.
· Provides presales support by solution architecting , presenting to the prospects as well as sizing
