الوصف الوظيفي Position Title: GENERAL MANAGER -Construction Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 80K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits and annual bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known diverse group of companies in UAE. Job Description: Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors. Supervise construction managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within budget. Create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly project snapshots and action plan.
