Senior Application Architect and Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Application Architect cum Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the design and managing the successful development of our industry-leading AWS cloud based SaaS platform.
Play a leadership role in a growing technology team (10-20) of in-house and vendor augmented resources to design and efficiently deliver software as per business requirements and the technical vision
Effectively engage customers and internal stakeholders (product management, operations, support, etc.) in a globally distributed business environment
Contribute to our technology roadmap by staying up to date on industry best practices and emerging technology, particularly as these relate to development architecture
Developing high-quality and detailed designs
Task Estimation, Work Breakdown Structures, Task assignments and Monitoring progress
Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
